Overview:

GRE Cast Iron T-Slotted Floor Plates are used in heavy engineering industries as rigid bases for layout, marking, inspection, assembly work, large fixtures, special tooling and production set ups, as also for mounting jobs for precision welding or for carrying out machining operations like drilling, boring etc. and also as test beds for mounting engines, large machines, transmission or other industrial equipment. Individual plates are manufactured to standards laid out as per IS 10602 with required squareness and with 90 deg. Face matching on all. Squareness and 90 deg face matching is ensured by CI pads provided on all sides of the casting and machined and hand scraped to achieve squareness that when two plates are matched and bolted you obtain top side flatness comparatively closer and with hand scrping done the flatness will be matched. These T-Slotted Floor / Bed plates can be encased into concrete by grouting material underneath the plates with suitable.

Features:

Cored and cross ribbed construction, made from close grained plain cast iron Grade – FG:200-IS:210 ,having hardness within 160-220 HB. Also offered in higher grades of casting upon request.
Offered in varied heights viz. 150, 175, 250, 300, 350,400 mm depending upon the load condition to be specified by the user.
Rough scraped or fine hand scraped surface finish as may be necessary to obtain desired flatness accuracy or as specified by the buyer.
Normally provided with longitudinally machined clamping type fixing T-slots sizes 14, 18, 22, 28, 36 or 42 mm conforming to IS:2013 / DIN 650 having H12 tolerance. Guiding T-slots with H7/H8 tolerance can be provided.
Flatness accuracies offered in Grade I, II or III as per IS 10602 and DIN-876.
Flatness accuracies measured using precision level for high precision applications, can be offered at extra cost. NABL certificate provided at extra of cost.
Multiple plates of size 10x 10 meters can also be offered using standard floor plate of size 5000×2000 similarly using a way of face matching.
Supplied with suitable arrangement for leveling from top side of plate . Plates will vbe supplied with leveling screws and grouting bolts.
Special work mounting and locating features like mounting and positioning holes, scribe lines, grooves, one T-slot can also be offered upon request.
